Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
1.Job Description:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for logistics positions (operations, warehouse, trucking, CS, sales...)
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate tests and interview rounds
Evaluate candidates, perform reference checks, and propose suitable hires
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Prepare offers and support onboarding for new hires
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Contribute to employer branding and improve recruitment processes
2. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics/forwarding companies
Understanding of logistics roles is an advantage
Strong communication and interviewing skills
Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure
Good command of MS Office; English is a plus
