Mô tả công việc
This role will be working in our 1 year project under our vendor's employment contract. It is to be renewed based on business demand.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requisitions and hiring kick-off plan
• Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Support employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Lead all recruitment admin works (Onboarding, health check arrangement, reference check consolidation and other tasks assigned)
Yêu cầu
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Local job portals...)
• Good verbal and written in English
• Detail oriented & logical away of thinking would be a plus.
