ABOUT THE ROLE - We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations - directly contributing to the growth of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring demands.
- Execute employer branding activities across multiple platforms.
- Track, analyze and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
REQUIREMENTS - At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Full Cycle
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiar with hiring across Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations roles is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
