RECRUITMENT:
Support end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions (sourcing, screening CVs, interview coordination, offering, onboarding support, etc.).
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand basic hiring requirements (job duties, candidate profile, timeline, etc.).
Assist in maintaining candidate database and ensure recruitment documents are properly updated and filed.
Support building and maintaining talent pool for future hiring needs.
Assist in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workday), ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
OPERATIONS:
Support onboarding preparation for newcomers (workspace setup, stationery, welcome materials, etc.).
Assist in creating and updating job posting content, posters, and templates.
Update recruitment trackers and support preparing basic reports as required.
EMPLOYER BRANDING:
Support employer branding activities on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook,...) and offline events (Job Fairs, Workshops,...).
Assist in organizing internal activities, company events, and employee engagement programs.
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
2. Experience:
No experience required or up to 1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR is a plus.
Passion for Talent Acquisition and HR field.
3. Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication (Chinese is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,...).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good time management and organization skills.
