Job description:
1 Training Operation:
• Organizing logistics arrangement for in-house training and external training (training room booking & setting up, meal & parking, participant lists and training memo release, following up training quotation/contract)
• Preparing all training materials, L&D resources related to L&D operation.
• Supporting to search/work with external training services providers related to L&D training implementation.
• Supporting communication (design & copywrite) of training programs and e-learning campaigns in all general and functional areas.
• Following up to ensure training arrangement smoothly.
2. Payments:
• Handling all administration duties in relation to collect payment documents, follow to complete shopping cart, purchase order, and e-claim for L&D activities to make sure that all related tasks complete accuracy & on time.
3. Reports:
• Inputting participant training record in system and monitor dashboard up to date.
• Supporting to keep track of the completion rate (including update the report) and communicate mandatory training courses (CoBC, Anti-bribery).
4. Ad hocs
• Coordinating on organizing workshops as request,
• Other duties in related to L&D as assigned by Talent Development Manager.

Job requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).
• Strong in administrative works & focusing on details.
• Good & clear communication with negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking & decision making; organizing, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm, with strong dedication & commitment.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; having basic knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage).
• Basic design skill (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) & copywriting
• Prefer candidates with working experience (part-time/ full-time) either in professional workplace or extra-curricular.
