At VML Network, we're not just connecting brands with influencers - we're building lasting partnerships that drive real results. As a Talent Manager, you'll be the architect of these relationships, nurturing a vibrant ecosystem of KOLs who trust and believe in the brands we represent.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Curate Strategic Influencer Alliances: Proactively identify and vet emerging and established KOLs who align with client brand values and resonate with target audiences.
Be a Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture genuine, long-term relationships with KOLs through personalized communication, engaging events, and exclusive opportunities.
Champion KOL Voices: Be a passionate advocate for KOLs, understanding their unique perspectives and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the campaign process.
Negotiate Win-Win Collaborations: Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with our clients, crafting mutually beneficial collaborations that deliver exceptional results for both parties.
Navigate Challenges with Grace: Proactively address any concerns or conflicts that may arise, ensuring a positive and productive experience for both clients and KOLs.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and analyze influencer marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to expand our KOL network and elevate our outreach strategies.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or related field, with at least 2 years specifically focused on building and managing influencer relationships within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
Proven existing relationships with a diverse network of beauty and lifestyle KOLs, ranging from macro-influencers to top-tier personalities.
Experience collaborating with or strong understanding of dermatologists, aestheticians, or similar medical-professional KOLs is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices, measurement tools, and industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
