Marcom Lead is responsible for handling a wide range of projects and for the brand's communication and branding by serving them as the primary contact point and coordinator for all the local activities, providing suitable marketing and communication campaigns, and liaising between brand and internal resources to ensure the efficiency of outcomes. Main responsibilities include fashion brands and digital projects of Tam Son.
1. Research market and communication trends as well as client's information
Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in relating fields
Acquire understanding about the brand's product or service, the market and its consumers - and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market-share, brand awareness and positionin
2. Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution
Build strong, long-term brand relationships and maintain frequent interaction
Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
Understand larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on brand's overall performance
Manage brand's expectations and interpret brand's feedback for change or improvement
3. Coordinate with other departments and team members
Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects' deadlines, maximizing internal interests and external profits
Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth
4. Digital Project Manager
MKT Automation Strategy and coordinator
Communication leader in brands development on ecommerce platforms or their own website
5. Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested
