This position is responsible for controlling and managing embellishment quality of cut components/ garments to ensure quality standard is met as customer requirements to achieve the departmental KPIs.
Control the quality standards of embellishment of cut components by conducting 1st lot review, AQL checking at embellishment plants.
articipate in pre-production meeting/ risk analysis meeting to give out the quality standards and requirements of new styles.
Follow up general audit findings to make sure embellishment plant will do the corrective action and preventive action right time.
Conduct the training to Embellishment QC Team to make sure they understand the requirements and follow up the work instructions.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
Degree/ Diploma in Textile technology, Garment manufacturing, Industrial management, Quality Management, and other related fields.
Knowledge of garment manufacturing process, Quality Management System (QMS), Quality standards of customers, printing & embroidery process, and chemical management
Communication skills, Problem solving skills, Time management
Presentation skills, Negotiation skills
MS office skills

Attention to detail
Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar capacity
