3. Job Description
Work with the team to perform accounting and tax tasks for the Company or/and for the Company's clients/partners
Preparation and inspection of tax declarations and tax finalization to ensure compliance with the provisions of tax law (VAT, PIT, CIT, FOREIGN TAX, ...)
Support on preparation of transfer pricing documentation and related works for clients.
Advising clients tax risk management plans and other related issue includes but not limited to explaining to tax authorities arising from tax accounting, tax refund, tax finalization, preferential advice, exemption and reduction, application of anti-double taxation agreements, etc.
Supporting and advising customers to declare and prepare related party transaction documents
Periodic internal audits on compliance with tax policies and tax risks including those related to export-import and customs activities;
Coordinating and supporting clients in the process of tax inspection and handling the conclusions of tax and customs inspection and inspection.
Connect with relevant agencies to solve customer problems in accordance with the law;
Perform other tasks assigned by the Company

Year of birth: From 1980 to 2000
Having a Tax Agent and CPA certificate is an advantage
Graduated in accounting - finance - auditing majors
Have at least 03 years of practical experience in the field of accounting, taxation, auditing and in the field of consulting, tax agents, auditing firms.
Foreign language: Communicate and use English fluently
Proficiency in accounting and office informatics software (proficient in excelt functions; working with ERP and SAP is an advantage)
Teamwork skills and working independently under high pressure (Experience in leadership, team management is an advantage)
Dynamic, progressive, eager to learn, able to adapt to a new working environment
Be willing to go on a business trip;
Provide complete and accurate information and labor records as prescribed.
