With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Be accountable for group cash operation
- Prepare monthly latest estimate of direct CF, indirect CF and CWC
- Prepare Cash flow forecast 1YP and 3YP
- Manage bank mandate update
- Handle local bank annual inspection
- Maintain relationship and ensure availability of funding from financial institutions
- Support decision making with data and insight
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
- Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
• Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, etc.
• Experience:
- 5+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Operations and other Finance related fields
- Leading team member is a plus
- Ecommerce experience is a plus
• Skills:
- Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial modelling skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems and practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
