JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support overall management and operational optimization of the dyeing factory.
- Strengthen technical after-sales services and provide technical support to buyers.
- Participate in and enhance technical meetings with buyers.
- Oversee woven fabric dyeing technology, laboratory color management, and quality control processes.
- Ensure efficient factory operations in compliance with required technical and quality standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated in Textile Engineering or related fields.
- 15 - 20 years of experience in textile/dyeing factory management.
- Strong expertise in woven fabric dyeing technology and laboratory color management.
- Solid knowledge of fabric quality control and product technical evaluation.
- English: working proficiency.
- Strong leadership and capability to work directly with international buyers.
