A. Job Brief
Department: Teacher Experience Department (TED)
Sub team: Teaching Quality Assurance
Direct superior: Teaching Quality Assurance Officer
Location: On-site | Binh Thanh District
Hours of Work: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT +7) | Monday - Friday | One hour break at noon
B. Key Tasks
Support to check daily activities relating to:
Academic quiz results of new teachers;
Booking schedule of new teachers for live technical check;
Teaching Assistant (TA) daily report and KPI fulfillment;
Feedback regarding teaching quality assurance activities:
From the teacher to TA
From student to teacher
From teacher to student
Teacher's feedback via google form (partial)
Perform tasks in collecting/ filtering database for reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
4th year students/ Fresher majoring in English language/ English Pedagogy
IELTS certificate(>6.0)/ EFset test result >=70 is an advantage
Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, camera
Operation System: at least MacOS: 10.9 / Windows: 10 Professional;
Hardware: At least RAM >= 8 GB AND CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
Can use English fluently in both verbal and non verbal form
Communication skills; be able to use Microsoft Office
Proactive; highly responsible; team work spirit
Flexible in work schedule
