Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the Flower Shop and floral decoration activities throughout the hotel.
Design, create, and maintain floral arrangements in guest areas, restaurants, meeting rooms, spa, public areas, and VIP facilities.
Ensure all floral displays meet luxury hospitality standards, brand guidelines, and presentation requirements.
Coordinate floral decorations for special events, weddings, conferences, and VIP arrivals.
Monitor flower inventory,
purchasing, storage, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure freshness, quality, and creativity of all floral displays.
Lead, train, and develop the florist team to maintain high performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanliness standards, and hotel policies.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in floral design, flower arrangement, or florist operations, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, flowers, plants, and decorative materials.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Experience in event, wedding, or banquet floral decoration is an advantage.
Ability to manage inventory, suppliers, purchasing, and operational costs.
Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, and special events when required.
