Hiring : Recruitment Team leader/ Recruitment Consultant

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR Consulting team and help us to fill our positions with qualified candidates and do the Business Development to get the service signed contract with new clients.

Location: HCM Office: 4B Nguyen Van Cu Street, Cau Kho Ward, District 1, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Executive search & selection activities and customer information

Handle job placements orders from start to finish, following established procedure and policies

Conduct interviews of application to identify suitable candidates for placement purpose

Expand candidate/client network in the specific sector assigned

Follow up customer's account and collect the recruitment fee on time

Achieve personal target and co-operate with colleagues

Prepare/ implement recommendation to customer about recruitment plan (meeting/contract)

Base on company procedure and policies, handle contract from begin to finish

Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT:

1. Fresher and Junior level are extremely welcome for Recruitment Consultant. No requirement for experience. Sales/recruitment experience is an advantage.

For Recruitment Team Leader : At least 5-7 years experience in headhunter service with successful track record of performance, experience in leading team member at least 2-3 people

2. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities

3. Communicate well in English

4. Good decision-making skills

5. Passion in connecting with people.

6. Strong motivation in sales and head hunter service
