The mission of the Data Protection Understanding engineering team is to provide Google with technical solutions for making AI development in the company faster and safer, and also enable large-scale adoption of these solutions, via infra and automation. Applied Lineage - CFG team's mission is to build tools that empower teams with high-fidelity, distilled data lineage graphs that accurately represent data lineage and dependencies across Google's systems to enable policy enforcement, privacy compliance, and data governance. This allows product teams to focus on building their products, while the data protection and regulatory compliance is taken care of for them.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements,
developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google's products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems.
