Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Tech Leads / Engineering Managers to join our engineering organization and lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale technology platforms and products across different business domains.
This role is suitable for strong engineering leaders with solid experience in Backend Engineering, System Design, Software Architecture, and Technical Leadership, using languages such as Python, Golang, Java, or equivalent modern backend technologies.
Depending on the team and seniority, the role may focus more on hands-on technical leadership, engineering management, architecture ownership, or a combination of these areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Own or drive system architecture, technical design, and key engineering decisions.
Guide engineering teams on software design, coding standards, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
Work closely with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Security, and business teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
Drive system integration, API design, distributed services, and complex enterprise application development.
Improve engineering quality across scalability, availability, security, maintainability, observability, and performance.
Support cloud-native development and deployment using modern Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
For leadership roles, mentor engineers, develop technical capabilities, manage engineering delivery, and build high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Strong
software engineering background with experience building production-grade systems using Python, Golang, Java, or other modern backend languages.
Solid expertise in Backend Engineering, System Design, Software Architecture, APIs, and System Integration.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, messaging, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architectures.
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern DevOps practices.
Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture ownership, mentoring, or engineering management.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices, distributed systems, high-throughput platforms, or large-scale enterprise systems.
Experience in domains such as AI/Data, fintech, automotive, manufacturing, IoT, platform engineering, digital products, or enterprise technology.
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, [protected info], TypeScript, or other modern frameworks.
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native architecture.
