About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic
AI Business Analyst Internto support the identification, analysis, and implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, business analysis, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Support gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Case documents.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and solution discussions.
AI Use Case Discovery
- Research AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Identify and evaluate potential AI applications across business functions.
- Support the assessment of AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
- Participate in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot projects.
Data & Solution Analysis
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to understand data requirements and model capabilities.
- Help analyze datasets and business metrics to support AI initiatives.
- Assist in preparing solution recommendations and business presentations.
Project Coordination
- Track action items, project deliverables, and implementation progress.
- Prepare meeting notes, project reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and feedback collection.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ months' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner intern or in relevant positions
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred
Basic understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Data Analytics
Familiarity with BA methodologies:
- Requirement Gathering
- Process Modeling
- User Stories
- Agile/Scrum
Experience with tools such as:
- Power BI
- SQL
- Python (basic)
