Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in delivering scalable and secure solutions for a high-profile banking project.
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using modern Java technologies, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
business analysts and stakeholders, to meet project requirements.
Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to optimize system scalability and modularity.
Manage project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in Java development with at least 2 years in a team leader role.
Proven expertise in Java 8+ and mastery of core Java concepts, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA).
Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles.
Skilled in version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
