POSITION OVERVIEW
Application Development and Maintenance: Use Java and Spring Boot to develop and maintain high-performance web applications and microservices, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to minimize latency and maximize resource efficiency.
Software Quality Assurance: Write and maintain test suites, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to software development standards.
Team Collaboration and Technical Leadership: Work with team members, mentor junior
developers, and coordinate with other departments such as DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
Knowing how to design System Architecture is a plus.
