• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and medical professionals, to understand requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, software trends, and advancements in the beauty and aesthetic medical manufacturing industry, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards relevant to software development in the medical field.
• Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical guides to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Design and launch modules into the Odoo ERP systems.
• Bridge data between the business team and the developer team.
• Work as a project member.
• Research and propose solutions to optimize features on assigned systems.
• Control the quality of the product.

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 2 years of experience with Odoo in implementing ERP/CRM.
• Having knowledge of business analysis.
• Good English communication skills (both written and speaking).
• Experience with in-house development, creating healthy, long-lifetime, and well-designed software for customers, as opposed to outsourcing companies.
• Preferred: candidate is able to work immediately.
