• Assist in evaluating garment samples on mannequins based on the given specifications, learning to align with brand aesthetic standards.
• Review patterns under supervision and provide initial correction comments for senior review.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify and solve issues related to basic garment construction and workmanship.
• Support the creation of measurement charts correctly by adding/deleting the necessary Points of Measurement (POM) into the PLM system.
• Communicate daily with
merchandisers, pattern makers, and the sample room to ensure smooth workflow and information transfer.
• Create Petite & Tall Measurement Charts based on Regular size specifications.
• Help track and manage workflows in partnership with the sales team to ensure seasonal deadlines are consistently met.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of construction standards, measuring methods, aesthetic requirements, fit/balance requirements, and safety standards.
• Attend brand summits and training sessions, supporting senior members in creating recaps and organizing internal team training.
• 1-3 years of experience or fresh graduate with educational background relevant to Fashion Design/Garment Technology.
• Solid foundational understanding of garment construction and pattern reading.
• High English proficiency for written and spoken technical communication.
• Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and a deep passion for the garment industry.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively.
