Review Tech Pack, BOM and construction before sample development.
Analyze garment construction and identify technical risks.
Lead fitting review and define corrective actions.
Review pattern corrections before sample submission.
Update and approve technical documents (Spec, Tech Pack, BOM, Measurement Chart).
Communicate technical issues and fitting comments with customers.
Coordinate with Pattern, Sample and Merchandising teams to ensure on-time development.
Yêu cầu
Diploma/bachelor's degree in Garment Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Development or Pattern Making.
Proficient in Gerber Pattern Design and marker making.
Good knowledge of garment construction, fitting and pattern correction.
Able to identify fitting issues and provide technical solutions.
Experience in preparing technical documents (Spec, Tech Pack, BOM).
Basic English communication is preferred.
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
