Designing, developing, and implementing software architecture solutions using either .NET or [protected info] frameworks.
Leading the technical design process, ensuring alignment with business goals, and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
Leading the spec-driven development practices (OpenSpec, SpecKit, OpenAPI, or similar) so that requirements and API contracts are well-defined and AI-consumable before implementation begins.
Encouraging the team to adopt agentic AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot / Codex, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, etc.) and identifying where AI can add value at each SDLC phase - from design and coding to testing and deployment.
Reviewing AI-generated code and artifacts for quality, correctness, and security - applying critical judgment on hallucinations, data exposure risks, and scope drift.
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to software development teams, fostering good engineering practices alongside responsible AI usage.
Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
Staying current with emerging AI tooling and industry trends, and bringing relevant advances back to the team in practical ways.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with solid expertise in either .NET or [protected info] (Express, [protected info]) frameworks.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale systems from scratch, with a strong grasp of system architecture and design.
Familiarity with modern architecture principles and patterns: Serverless, Domain-Driven Design, Microservices, Clean Architecture, CQRS.
Some exposure to spec-driven or specification-first workflows (OpenAPI, OpenSpec, SpecKit, or equivalent) - curiosity and willingness to go deeper counts.
Working familiarity with at least one agentic AI development tool (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot / Codex, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, etc.) and an interest in expanding this across the SDLC.
Practical awareness of AI limitations - hallucination, data leakage to cloud-hosted models, prompt injection, and over-reliance - and a sensible approach to mitigating them in day-to-day development.
Expertise in one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture; cloud architecture certification is a plus.
Strong experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor
developers and guide teams to successful outcomes.
