We have developed various products based on e-commerce platforms, whether they are incubation, growth-phase products, or long-term core business products.
We are looking for comrades to create great products in HCMC office together!
Main technology:
- Ruby on Rails for backend

- AWS (EC2, ECS) for infrastructure
Responsibilities:
Your mission is to ensure a top-tier service level for our system and develop a technical strategy that enhances business outcomes and streamlines the operation of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, and Customer Support teams.
Leveraging your solid cooperation skills with various stakeholders and identifying product specifications for an optimal customer experience, you will design system interfaces and databases. This will enable your team's software engineers to deliver top-tier performance and ensure consistent operations.
- Provide technical solutions and prioritize tasks in alignment with the business and product roadmaps.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customer support and address troubleshooting needs.
- Design interfaces and databases to support new platform integrations.
- Ensure Service Level Objectives (SLO) for product quality, high availability, and high throughput
- Implement and review code with your team members.
- Offer guidance and mentoring to junior and new team members.
- Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
Basic Qualification
- Experience in operating and re-architecting systems operated more than 5 years.
- Confident with Ruby/PHP/Python/Java or what other languages but willing to deal with Ruby.
- Highly productive coding and designing unit testing skill with Linux and web-based application's frameworks (fluent in at least two of the following: Ruby on Rails, NestJS, Laravel, CakePHP, Django, etc.)
- Hand-on experience with designing and tuning complex relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL.
- Experience with designing and implementing asynchronous processes using event streaming services such as Kafka.
- Familiar with cloud computing such as AWS, GCP
Other skills
- Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
- Strong documentation skill utilizing tools such as Notion, Clickup, Github Wiki, etc.
- Pair programming and/or mob programming.
- Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork.
- Strong interest to change old industries with technology.
