The product line includes decorative hardware, planning software, and project resources that simplify construction while ensuring code compliance.
YOU
As a Technical Lead Unity with a .NET and Unity 3D focus, you will be responsible for designing, modifying and developing software programming applications, ensuring customer satisfaction is met by all team members.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)
- Application Development:
Be an integral part of the application development team, focusing on implementing business logic and data access layers using technologies such as Unity, .NET Core, C#, and MySQL. Review, analyze, and enhance existing proprietary applications to fix issues, improve performance, and introduce new features-while maintaining high coding standards and leveraging tools like Visual Studio, Postman, and Swagger. (40%) - Technical Architecture & Design:
Develop technical architectures, design patterns, and implementation plans for team members to follow. (20%) - Mentorship:
Mentor software developers and associate software developers in making sound, pattern-based technical decisions. (20%) - Troubleshooting & Production Support:
Troubleshoot and fix production issues found by customers and internal consultants, as reported by the software support team. (10%) - Agile Scrum Participation:
Attend Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives as part of the Agile Scrum software development lifecycle. (10%)
Your Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
Experience:
- Lead software developer with 7+ years of experience delivering scalable web and 3D applications using .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and Unity 3D. Skilled in full lifecycle development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Game & Interactive Technologies: Unity 3D, Unity Build, WebGL (including UI/UX implementation within Unity)
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: .NET Core, C#, JavaScript
- API Development & Integration: REST Web Services, Web APIs
- Databases: MySQL
- Testing & Quality Tools: Postman, Swagger, SonarCloud, Snyk
- Version Control: Git, Bitbucket (including Git LFS)
- Development Tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud AWS/Azure environments
- DevOps & CI/CD: Unity Cloud Build, TeamCity/Azure DevOps, Terraform
- Technical Leadership: Ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor team members
- Documentation & Specification: Ability to break down high-level requirements into technical specifications
- Global Collaboration: Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
