Mô tả công việc

Uses in-depth solution knowledge of DC SDN, WAN, WiFi of Cisco/Cisco Meraki and Aruba, SDWAN of Cisco, Fortinet, to provide technical expertise to the customer.
Delivery activity
• Create technical documentation - LLDs, network device configs, migration plans, instructions for technicians, test scenarios...
• Own larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity in LAN/WLAN/WAN, DC, legacy and SDN topologies,
• Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Respond to escalated client requests and support client to a first line resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Assist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
• Compile and maintain project administration.
• Conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge, skills, and attributes
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise Networking certification
• Good knowledge of SDN solutions - in particular Cisco SD-WAN
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Azure networking services is an asset,
• Deep knowledge of network security - in particular Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, Fortinet firewall
• Experience in working onsite in client facilities,
• Editorial skills and English language proficiency
• Good administration and project documentation experience,
• Communicativeness and enthusiasm in relations with the clients and colleagues,
• Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive sharing of knowledge,
• In-depth understanding of network concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree with Computer Science related experience,
• Fluent English
