A key part of our work is translating ideas and designs into clear, accurate and usable technical documentation (Tech Packs) that factories can actually follow.
Many Tech Packs in the industry are unclear or difficult to follow, and a key part of our work is improving this standard.
About the Job
Your main responsibility will be to learn and develop the skills required to create high-level product documentation (Tech Packs).
This includes:
- Creating clear front / back / side drawings of bags & backpacks
- Translating designs and ideas into practical, production-ready documentation
- Working with the team throughout the development of projects to improve and document the details of the products
You will work closely with our internal team and will receive training and guidance from experienced people in the industry.
Important to Understand
- You are not expected to know how to create Tech Packs from day one. You will receive training from the team.
However, this role requires someone who:
- Has experience in an MD or similar role in bags & backpacks
- Is proactive and willing to learn independently when the team is busy - for example, from online tutorials
- Does not wait for step-by-step instructions

This role requires patience, focus and a high level of attention to detail. Small mistakes matter
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a factory as a Merchandiser / Product Developer (bags or similar products preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Affinity
Designer or similar (not required to be advanced)
- Good English communication (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Most importantly:

- You can take initiative and move forward without waiting

- You take ownership of your work
