Analyze and evaluate product features and performance from a technical perspective.
Identify market needs and propose product improvement or development plans with measurable business impact.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, create prototypes, and perform testing.
Work cross-functionally to launch new products into the market.
Maintain and update product catalogs and online content.
Prepare technical and business reports and present proposals to management.
Perform other duties assigned by the BD Manager or Technical Manager.
Requirement
Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in factory automation or a similar technical role.
Strong communication and analytical skills, capable of presenting logical and data-driven reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
English: good communication skills (interview and reporting in English; final round with Japanese Director).
