About the OpportunityHire Right Solution is partnering with an innovative technology company to recruit an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple software products, features, and projects.
This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional who excels at managing complex timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risks early, and ensuring commitments are met.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders to drive execution, maintain delivery transparency, and improve operational efficiency through AI-powered tools and automation.

Technical
Program &
• Delivery Management
Own and manage delivery plans across multiple concurrent software features and projects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Establish clear delivery commitments with cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for agreed deadlines.
Monitor daily project progress through Jira, proactively identifying delays, blockers, and delivery risks.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to evaluate scope, resource constraints, and timeline trade-offs.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, risk reviews, and milestone check-ins.
Ensure project plans, tracking systems, and delivery documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Escalate delivery risks early and propose actionable mitigation plans.
2. Stakeholder &
• Partner Coordination
Serve as the primary coordination point for external clients, technology partners, and vendors on project schedules and deliverables.
Define, document, and track external dependencies, commitments, and deadlines.
Coordinate partner-related requirements, including system access, test environments, data availability, and approvals.
Communicate project progress, schedule adjustments, and potential delivery impacts proactively.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear records of decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
Align internal and external teams on upcoming project milestones and delivery expectations.
3. Reporting &
• Risk Management
Prepare concise weekly delivery reports for leadership, highlighting completed milestones, current risks, blockers, and required decisions.
Maintain a centralized view of project status, delivery commitments, and cross-functional dependencies.
Identify potential schedule conflicts and delivery bottlenecks before they affect committed deadlines.
Ensure accurate, transparent, and timely communication across teams and stakeholders.
4. AI &
• Process Automation
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent solutions to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and communication.
Develop or enhance lightweight automations connecting Jira, GitLab, Slack, and other project management tools.
Use AI to summarize project activities, identify risks, generate meeting notes, and streamline routine reporting.
Validate AI-generated information to ensure accuracy, particularly regarding timelines, deliverables, and project commitments.
Promote practical AI adoption and continuous process improvement across Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
RequirementsQualifications &
• Experience
5+ years of experience in software delivery, including at least 3 years as a Technical Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or
Project Manager within software product environments.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, release management, and delivery processes.
Hands-on experience with Jira, project scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk management.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, development workflows, merge requests, deployments, and software environments. Coding experience is not required.
Experience building and maintaining multi-project roadmaps, Gantt charts, and delivery tracking systems.
Demonstrated ability to identify delivery risks early, challenge unrealistic timelines, and drive timely resolution.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, or workflow automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
