Job Description
Technical Support &
Customer Service
Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and customer training on proper application of Sika products.
Support customers and technicians in resolving technical issues at site.
Ensure timely and professional technical service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship &
Market Support
Maintain regular contact with key customers and support
business development activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Report significant field issues, new opportunities, and competitive information to the line manager.
Team Support &
Knowledge Sharing
Coordinate and support technicians during testing, trials, and project activities.
Provide technical guidance and ensure effective knowledge transfer to Technical and Sales teams.
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting &
Operational Responsibilities
Maintain accurate reports, technical records, and activity documentation.
Be accountable for assigned projects, activities, and proper use of company equipment.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
Compliance, Safety &
Other Duties
Comply with company regulations, legal requirements, and EHS standards.
Follow workplace safety and occupational hygiene requirements during all site activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Building Materials; high school diploma
Experience: Experience in the field of technical or QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field; graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology, familiar with construction materials testing skills.
Skills: Good organization skills and communication skills. Is hard-working, reliable, can work under pressure.
English: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently.
