1. Technical Support: Providing an expert technical support to customers, contractors and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
2. Technical consultant: Collaborate with sales team, R&D team, customers to develop and optimize concrete mix design tailored to specific customers' requirements and local materials, new replacement material in the market. Technical .consultation, adjustment admixture and support effective customers in batching plant, precast and mega projects, ...
3. Customer complaint: Investigating customer problems, complaint and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Site support: Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling, demonstrations, and trial at lab and customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specification.
5. Technical training/knowledge:
- Organizing and conducting professional product, standards presentations, seminars, and hands-on training session for customer, applicators and internal teams
- Staying updated on local market trends, construction standards and competitor's activities
Yêu cầu
- Trình độ học vấn: Đại học - Chuyên ngành Vật liệu xây dựng, Hóa chất xây dựng
- Kinh nghiệm:
• 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Vật liệu Xây dựng, Hóa chất xây dựng
• Am hiểu về lĩnh vực Xây dựng, Vật liệu xây dựng
• Làm việc nhóm, phối hợp với các Bộ phận liên quan
• Thuyết trình với nội bộ và khách hàng bên ngoài
• Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan tới Thắc mắc, Khiếu nại của Khách hàng
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình thành thạo
- Kỹ năng máy tính văn phòng: Bắt buộc thành thạo các kỹ năng Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Yêu cầu khác:
• Cẩn thận, chắc chắn, tỉ mỉ
• Hòa đồng, ham học hỏi
• Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
• Có khả năng theo sát khách hàng (khi cần)
• Sẵn sàng đi thị trường các tỉnh miền Bắc để theo sát hoạt động kinh doanh & hỗ trợ sales/ khách hàng
