Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sharp and business-savvy Technical Solution Consultant to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client-facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements
• Design solution architectures and tailor demos, presentations, and proposals to address specific customer needs
• Conduct discovery workshops and technical deep-dives with IT and business stakeholders
• Build and deliver compelling value propositions for ITSM, ITOM, DevSecOps, and automation platforms
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance checklists
• Provide input to the product roadmap and market feedback to the regional team
• Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilot implementations, and product evaluations
• Participate in the full software implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, deployment, testing, and go-live.
• Configure system integrations, APIs, and third-party services.
• Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including implementation plans and operational procedures.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed during software rollout.
• Serve as a technical point of contact during client onboarding and implementation phases.
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience in presales & post sales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments - networks, infrastructure, cloud, and security
• Hands-on knowledge or certifications in tools such as Atlassian, Freshworks, CloudBees, or similar is highly valued
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business value statements
• Prior experience working with or supporting clients in financial services, telecom, or large corporates
• Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
Preferred
• Experience with ITIL, Agile/DevOps practices, or enterprise architecture frameworks
• Technical certifications (e.g., Atlassian ACP, AWS/Azure, ITIL, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Vietnamese enterprise IT procurement, compliance, and deployment processes
