We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Solution Lead specializing in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development team in delivering high-quality Java-based solutions.
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Identify and address potential technical risks and issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on Java.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on Java.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
