Responsibilities
Conduct testing and validation of product software and firmware versions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Perform functional, performance, compatibility, and regression testing based on product requirements and test plans.
Identify, document, and track software-related issues, and coordinate with R&D and technical teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
Support software/firmware version upgrades, updates, and pre-release testing.
Prepare test reports and follow up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Support the technical team in troubleshooting and analyzing product software-related issues during project implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related engineering disciplines.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in solution engineering, or technical consulting is preferred.
Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fast learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate fluently in a business and technical environment (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
