Label, ingredient review & compliance: review product labels, ingredients (imported and domestic) to ensure compliance with Vietnam's Food Safety Law, Good label regulations and related food safety regulations.
Product declaration: prepare, submit, and manage dossiers for product self-declaration or registration of product declaration for food and functional foods.
Technical consulting: advise clients on ingredients, nutrition claims, and technical standards to optimize product entry into the market.
Regulatory update: monitor and update changes in food laws and circulars to provide timely alerts to clients and internal teams.
Other Tasks: perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Manager/ BU manager
Yêu cầu
At least 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or product declaration services.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Knowledge: deep understanding of Food Safety Law, labeling regulations, and standards for functional foods.
Good English proficiency (reading and translating technical documents).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
High attention to detail and organized mindset.
