I. JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading the technical team to deliver effective installation, service, and technical solutions for industrial equipment. This role ensures technical quality, customer satisfaction, and supports business growth.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Leadership & Execution
Lead, assign, and supervise technical team activities (installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting).
Handle and support complex technical issues when required.
2.Project & Solution Support
Participate in project planning and technical solution design.
Analyze customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
3.Client & Partner Coordination
Act as the main technical contact with customers and partners.
Review and validate technical information from vendors/partners before customer response.
4.Quality & Improvement
Monitor technical performance and service quality.
Identify risks, issues, and propose improvement solutions.
5.Reporting & Sales Support
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Support Sales team with technical surveys, product selection, specifications, and quotations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields (
Electrical Engineer; Mechanical Engineer; Mechatronics; Automation Engineer; Industrial Engineer; Electrical & Electronics; Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Equipment...)
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial technical roles. Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
Good English; Chinese/Japanese is a plus.
Strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Willing to travel frequently.
