Supervise and manage maintenance and repair activities of machines/equipment during the shift, ensuring continuous and safe system operation.
Supervise and manage equipment changeover (conversion) activities to support the production plan.
Communicate company information and policies to team members.
Work directly with customers, participate in work-related meetings, and resolve arising issues.
Coordinate with Production and QA departments to propose improvements for productivity, quality, and working methods during the shift.
Assign tasks, provide technical training, and evaluate the performance of team members.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with factory procedures and modules.
Quickly handle arising problems to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards.
Report abnormalities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Open for candidates with experience as a Production Engineer.
Skills: English communication for working with customers
Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours per shift)
