Technical Training Team Lead

Work Location: VSIP III (Ho Chi Minh)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Establish training framework, library, and programs, and facilitate training delivery in collaboration with functional and manufacturing teams.
- Act as project team member to support training activities, provide corrective actions for training-related issues, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
- Support training logistics, plant-wide and new product transfer training, and use data and analytics to drive improvements and recommendations.
- Leads the administration of the daily operations of Training Management System and all training activities in regard to the development of training processes, procedure or other documentations.
- Ensure workforce is staffed, motivated, and engaged to deliver sustainable high performance in a cost-effective and competitive environment.
- Ensure right people are placed in the right jobs through effective interview, selection, and workforce planning processes.
- Ensure learning environment, training, development, and performance management systems are fully implemented with continuous feedback and goal alignment.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies, labor laws, and HR regulations while maintaining open communication and a safe, accident-free workplace.
