Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts to create and deliver content based on project goals and user needs. Choose information architecture, format, voice, and style based on the audience and other guidelines.
Update content based on product or program changes and user feedback, and update or delete irrelevant or outdated content, with guidance.
Plan and research content/information architecture for projects, or contribute to planning and researching. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to align content with user needs and product/program goals. Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Review and edit content to improve the content accuracy, clarity, concision, and organization to better meet users' needs.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
Experience writing and editing instructional documents, user guides, playbooks, methods of procedures, or start guides.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience in copy-editing.
Experience working with a distributed team.
Knowledge of markdown/HTML.
Knowledge of data center teams/working environments.
