Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various hotel systems, including (but not limited to) air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, Fire & Life Safety (FLS) equipment, building maintenance, furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV) systems, guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of house, and plumbing & drainage.
Communicate with engineering management and the team leader regarding potential improvements to increase efficiency.
Coordinate with and inform engineering management and the team leader of any service disruptions.
Always implement safe work practices, efficient methods, and proper preventative maintenance and repairs.
Develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience.
Comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures at all times.
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
