1. Measuring Equipment and Cleanroom
• Manage measuring equipment and equipment calibration.
• Manage and monitor the cleanroom environment.
2. Quality Problem Solving
• Investigate quality issues arising during production.
• Collect data, analyze defects, and support root cause analysis.
• Assist in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and tracking corrective actions and their effectiveness.
3. Quality Data & Improvement
• Collect and analyze quality data from production.
• Monitor defect trends and identify recurring issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and defect reduction activities.
4. Documentation
• Prepare and update inspection documents such as Work Instructions (WIs), inspection criteria, check sheets, and related forms.
• Review Device History Records (DHRs) and ensure quality records are accurately completed and compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
◆ Knowledge Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications and dimensional tolerances.
- Knowledge of process control and process optimization.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and production documentation.
◆ Experience Requirement
- 2-5 years of experience in Technical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related position.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting production process problems.
- Experience in process improvement and parameter optimization.
- Experience in preparing technical documents and work instructions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
