About the Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you will become the driving force behind many of our technology and systems initiatives.
You don't need to be a software
developer or CTO.
Instead, we're looking for someone who understands both business and technology, enjoys coordinating projects and vendors, and can turn ideas into practical solutions that make life easier for our teams and customers.
From ERP implementation and AI tools to business intelligence, automation and platform integrations, you will help Vio continue to evolve and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Exciting Projects
Support ERP and systems implementation projects.
Coordinate vendors and technology partners.
Help bring ideas to life.
Drive AI & Automation
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
Explore practical uses of AI across the business.
Help teams embrace new technologies.
Improve Platforms & Processes
Support and optimize systems such as Travel Compositor, Zoho and Microsoft 365.
Improve workflows and reporting.
Help create better visibility across the business.
Connect People & Technology
Work closely with teams across multiple countries.
Translate business needs into practical solutions.
Coordinate external partners and integrations.
Make Things Better
Challenge existing processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Help build a more scalable and efficient company.
