Tekla Structural Detailing Team (Junior/ Senior/ Team Leader)

Position Overview
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Tekla professionals to join our Structural Steel Detailing Team. Depending on your experience level, you will be involved in Tekla modeling, shop drawing production, project coordination, and team leadership for international steel structure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Tekla models and prepare steel shop drawings for fabrication and construction.
• Produce GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings, and material lists.
• Review and update drawings based on client comments and project revisions.
• Ensure drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards and fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Document Control, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of drafting standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members (for Senior level).
• Manage team workload, monitor project progress, and support team performance (for Team Leader level).
