Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Business Architect to partner with customers, deliver strategic insights, and design value-driven solutions. This role works closely with senior executives, turning data into actionable strategies that shape business success in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customer CxOs, understand business needs, and create annual cooperation frameworks.
Analyze financial reports and market data to provide clear insights on revenue, user behavior, and service trends.
Design and manage business solutions based on data-driven Use Cases, working with analytics and system teams to ensure impact.
Present and sustain value-driven solutions, maintaining long-term effectiveness.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions and summits, showcasing solutions like SmartCare to expand market reach.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
Strong background in telecom systems (OSS/BSS/SDP), VAS, and consulting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and English fluency.
Proven leadership and ability to build strong executive relationships.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in consulting projects, solution selling, and market insights.
Good understanding of telecom operations (fixed, wireless, ITIL, eTOM).
Strong awareness of competitive landscape and ability to shape strategies.
Established C-level connections within telecom operators.
