Mô tả công việc
* Test Planning:
- Collaborate with TA Leader, CCL project manager / subcontractor labs and CS Team to understand project requirements.
- Handling breakdown big, finished goods samples to be separated parts and make the assignment based on the actual breakdown situation. Develop a test assignment plan outlining testing activities, resources, and timelines based on the actual EE finished goods projects or raw materials.
* Resource Allocation:
- Assign testing tasks to the appropriate TA team members based on their skills and expertise to ensure that the testing team has the necessary resources and tools for the assigned tasks.
* Task Tracking: Implement a tracking system to monitor the progress of test assignments. Regularly update and communicate the status of assignments to relevant CS/TS/Sales.
* Test Case Management: Work with CCL testing team to create and manage test cases relevant to each assignment to ensure that test cases align with Buyer/Client requirements and assigned regulations/standards.
* Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues or roadblocks that TA members faced with the arisen test assignments such as lack of sample, discrepancy results, test methods issues, etc.
* Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams including CS, TS, CCL Technician/Supervisor. Provide regular updates on the status of test assignments and test results to CS.
* Training and Development: Support TS to make the detailed training for team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in test assignment management, how to arrange CCL cutting team, EE cutting team and TA team with the shortest turnaround time to Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 1 years of experience in the TIC field or in any related area
- Strong understanding of testing EE RSTS methodologies/Standards/Regulations
- Attention to detail.
- Have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
