1. Teaching Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for test preparation and communicative programs including:
+ Cambridge Exam Preparation (Linguaskill and IELTS)
+ Public Speaking and Debating
• Adapt teaching methods to meet different student levels and learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment results.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress through regular formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents on learning progress.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and results-oriented learning environment
2. Student Support & Progress Monitoring
• Identify students' strengths and weaknesses to provide targeted support and intervention.
• Conduct additional support sessions or consultations when needed to improve performance.
• Guide students in developing effective study plans and exam strategies.
3. Academic & Assessment Responsibilities
• Design and administer placement tests, mock exams, and progress tests.
• Analyze test results and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with changes in test formats, scoring systems, and exam trends (Linguaskill, IELTS)
4. Academic Administrative Responsibilities
• Ensure a maximum of 24 teaching hours per week.
• Develop and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and supplementary resources.
• Contribute to curriculum development and course improvement.
5. Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with Academic and Customer Care teams to ensure high-quality student experience.
• Complete required reports (e.g., Daily Reports) as assigned by the
Academic Manager.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and internal teams regarding progress and
performance.
• Work closely with academic staff to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes.
6. Working Locations:
- Head Office of Company: 106/4 Truong Chinh, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Hung Vuong University Campus: 194 Le Duc Tho, An Nhon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Bachelor's degree in English/ TESOL/ Linguistics.
- Teaching certification such as TESOL, TKT, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent.
- IELTS 7.5 or equivalent proficiency (CEFR C1).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching English test preparation (e.g., IELTS, Linguaskill, Cambridge exams) and communicative English programs.
- Ability to analyze student performance data and provide targeted feedback and improvement plans.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Strong lesson planning and material development skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and support students in achieving target scores.
