JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and develop an Incentive products database
- Handle all Incentive inquiries (quotation, proposal, pre-inspection, presentation, etc.)
- Organize confirmed Incentive groups before and during the service dates
- Build strong relationships with guides & suppliers in collaboration with the Operation department
- Make sure the Quality of services meets the company's standard
- Negotiate with suppliers in cooperation with the Contracting department
- Coordinate with Sales Development Manager in Europe to keep updated on the market and clients
- Screen client's profiles, needs, and expectations
- Quality follow-up and on-site inspection
- Events organization and management
- Report to Manager Incentive when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/ Tourism Management/ Foreign Language or other related fields
- Good ENGLISH speaking & writing skills are a MUST
- The third language is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with at least two years of working experience in the MICE department are also welcome.
- Western markets' knowledge is highly appreciated
- Good knowledge about Thailand Destinations & suppliers
- Open-minded, highly responsible, determined, decisive, and a good team player
- The ability to work under high-pressure
