JOB DESCRIPTION
- Advise on itineraries to TO/TA, make quotations/proposals, and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents via our system.
- Understand the existing and new products being offered by the company to be better able to fit the client's requirements.
- Ensure all sales are reported in the sales forecast and Accounting department.
- Working closely with Operation/Reservation to make sure all services booked for clients properly and correctly
- Correspond with TO/TA and provide them with accurate and correct travel information.
- Please coordinate with the Product team to improve our existing products or create new products based on market trends or clients' needs.
- Please coordinate with the Contracting team to enhance our price with existing suppliers or find new suppliers.
- Work closely with SDM in the development of market or destination
- Inspect new products regularly on the spot for better expertise.
- Report to the Sales Team Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Thai national
- University: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/ Tourism Management/ Foreign Language or related fields
- Excellent/Good ITALIAN & SPANISH speaking & writing skills
- Having at least two years of working experience in a similar position in the inbound tourism sector is necessary. If the candidates do not have enough working experience but have potential and are excellent in language, the company will select interesting CVs and call for an interview.
- Knowledge about Thailand (suppliers, competitors, products, etc.)
- Understanding of Western markets
- Open-minded, creative, pleasant personality, polite, teamwork, critical thinking, accurate, empathy
- Hard worker, flexible, autonomous, and very enthusiastic
- Ability to work under high-pressure
