· Develop curricula in collaboration with experts, aligning with the educational orientation of the school.
· Organize, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of professional activities and operations of the bilingual kindergarten.
· Coordinate with the Vice Principal to manage, support, and train the teaching staff in accordance with the school's educational philosophy.
· Evaluate personnel according to school regulations.
· Effectively manage and utilize the school's financial resources and assets.
· Coordinate with the Board of Directors and other departments such as the kitchen, healthcare, security, and transportation services to operate the school efficiently and safely.
· Build strong relationships among the School - Teachers - Parents - Students.
· Report plans, progress, and results of the branch's activities to the Board of Directors.
· Support and participate in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training.
· Establish good relationships with the educational community and governmental agencies.
· Plan and support recruitment activities and student enrollment.
· Perform tasks assigned by superiors.
· Other duties related to the specific nature of the school will be discussed directly during the interview.
Yêu cầu
· Female, aged from 30 to 40 or above, in good health.
· University degree in Educational Management or related Pedagogy majors.
· Possess a Principal/Kindergarten Management Certificate.
· Able to communicate in English.
· Solid knowledge of child psychology and teaching methods, including project-based learning, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, the curriculum framework per Vietnam Ministry of Education standards, and the ability to integrate domestic and international programs harmoniously.
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, having worked in educational environments or bilingual kindergarten models incorporating international programs.
· Skills in management, leadership, training, and developing successor staff.
· Ability to support and assist colleagues, and foster a united team.
· High adherence to the teacher ethics code, with professional demeanor and working methods appropriate for the role, establishing personal credibility.
· Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
· Proactive in researching, learning, and applying information technology to school activities.
· Strong communication skills and experience working with the Department of Education and Training and other governmental agencies.
