Adjust, edit, and finalize patterns based on feedback from customers, design teams, or the technical department head. Calculate and optimize marker layouts to minimize fabric waste. Coordinate with related departments (technical, production, sample development, design) to ensure product quality and project deadlines. Organize, manage, and securely store digital pattern and marker data. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Read and interpret garment design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
Develop garment patterns using computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting techniques.
Measure, draft, and cut pattern pieces according to design and production requirements.
Review and verify pattern measurements, fit, construction, and style accuracy.
Collaborate with the Technical

Previous experience as a Garment Pattern Maker in the apparel or garment industry.
Proficiency in pattern-making software and manual pattern drafting techniques.
Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fitting.

Ability to work collaboratively with Technical Designers and cross-functional teams.
